The Certification process comprises 4 phases:

  • Online self-assessment

  • Pre-Audit

  • Improvement Process 

  • Validation by the Institute

The Institute has the following objectives:
Improve the competitiveness and sustainability of non-state actors in diplomacy by improving the strategic planning, and management
Consolidate a network of certified public diplomacy practitioners around the world.
